(1/5) Disgusting deliberately nasty service. The woman working there stopped the younger guy from serving me my prescription and made him go on the normal til. She then walked around for 10 minutes until serving me, while serving me she kept stopping to help other customers. Then she clicked pay with cash when I said the whole time card and was angry with me for not being able to pay with cash. I asked another person for help and they told her she had to refund it and do it again as she was just sitting there making weird noises as if she was injured. I remained polite but explained that she needs to now please hurry and stop serving other people as I have a ticket and this has taken 20 minutes. She took ages to move and scan items until my boyfriend came over then she hurried. Really appauling, she needs to be looked into by management and I will be making a formal complaint

(1/5) Visitors Beware! I recently visited this store, which displays the Tax Free Global Blue sign, but I had an unpleasant experience when attempting to get a tax refund. Despite purchasing cosmetics worth over 2,000 NOK, the cashier refused to process the refund, claiming it was “too much work for her.” This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially given that the store advertises tax-free shopping. If you’re planning to shop here expecting a tax refund, be cautious!

(5/5) Excellent pharmacists. I was a bit nervous getting sick in a foreign country but they'll tell you exactly what to do and get you exactly what you need to get better. And as with most Norwegians they speak fluent English.

(5/5) Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe während meines Urlaubs dort wegen ein Notverordnung vorgesprochen, da ich einen Teil meiner Medikamente verloren hatte. Man hat mir dort schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

(1/5) Elendig sørvis på Nerstranda! Jeg slutter å kaste bort tid og penger på Vitusapotek. Makan til amatørmessig håndtering av stress skal man lete lenge etter.

(1/5) Den ansatte som betjente meg, var lite vennlig og uhøflig. Bankkortet mitt, som inneholdt informasjonen min, var utløpt, og hun sa på en frekk måte at jeg trengte et annet dokument. Jeg svarte at jeg ikke hadde noe annet dokument, og hun spurte om jeg hadde med passet. Jeg forklarte at jeg bor i Norge og derfor ikke har for vane å ta det med meg. Og at jeg vanligvis viser det kortet uten problemer. Likevel fortsatte hun å være lite vennlig og uhøflig. Problemet ligger i måten hun sier ting på. Jeg mener at hvis hun ikke har tålmodighet til å håndtere kundene sine, burde hun vurdere en annen type jobb.
